Welcome to The Dense Breast Club Diet.
Dense breasts. Real talk. Zero apologies.
If you’ve ever sat in a cold waiting room, got the “your results are in” text, and spiraled down a Google rabbit hole with zero clear answers, you’re in the right place.
I’m so glad you’re here.
This all started with a callback mammogram...
One minute, I was going about my day. The next, I was questioning everything. My results said I had “heterogeneously dense breast tissue,” followed by a vague “See you next year.”
But something about that didn’t sit right with me. I’m a smart, capable, research-hungry woman — and even I had no idea what to actually do with that info. There were stats. There were risks. There were pink ribbons.
But there was no plan.
So I built one.

"The Dense Breast Club Diet isn’t a cleanse. It’s not a “you should probably lose weight” thing. It’s a research-backed, hormone-supportive, midlife-friendly guide that helps you take better care of your body, especially when you’ve been told you have dense breast tissue and have no clue what to do next."
And here’s the kicker: no one is talking about this in a real, practical, human way.
So I decided to.
What You’ll Find Here
Nutrition strategies that support hormone balance, inflammation reduction, and breast tissue health
Recipes that taste good and nourish your body (boob fudge included, obviously)
Supplement guides that don’t require 75 bottles
Lymphatic massage and movement routines that support drainage and circulation
Mental health tips for surviving the spiral and turning the callback into a comeback
And coming soon… a full book that brings it all together
This space is for every woman who has been told she has dense breasts and walked out with nothing more than a pamphlet and some vague medical jargon. It’s for the women who are navigating midlife chaos, aging parents, grown-ish kids, and now… this.
We’re not here to panic.
We’re here to prepare.
With humor. With honesty. With heart. And without apologizing for wanting better answers.
So grab the free guide, follow along, and stay tuned. This is just the beginning, and you’re not doing it alone.
With you,
Taryn
